Robert Allen’s Nothing Down (for the 2000s)

At last, I’m reading Robert G. Allen’s “Nothing Down”. Since when I was highly motivated to acquiring real estates by Robert Kiyosaki’s “Rich Dad”, this is the book I really wanted to read.





Of course, I can’t really afford for anything for now (but got to ask myself “how can I afford one?”). Hope this book can be a good point to start…
One thing I should keep in mind is that, “Investing in real estate is NOT rocket science!”
