The 17 Essential Qualities of a Team Player by John Maxwell

A few things that I wanted to change in my philosophy and life goals:

• know a little bit of everything 
• how to synthesize and monetize my knowledge & experience
• develop (improve) team work skills for success

I think getting Ph.D. is not the end of specialization, but more like the beginning.  More than that, I want to develop how to monetize my (or someone else’s) specialized knowledge & technology THROUGH TEAM WORK.

I came across this book at B&N. Sounds interesting.
